2007.24.273 shows men of the G. Fox & Co. board seated and standing around a seated woman, Beatrice Fox Auerbach, who is holding a gun and what appears to be a club. Her sons-in-law, Bernard Schiro and Richard Koopman, are seated to either side of her. The table in front of the group is decorated with a green tablecloth and cardboard figures holding illustrations of luggage with the initials "B.F.A." on one side.

2007.24.274 shows a woman, Beatrice Fox Auerbach, in the center of the frame holding out a drink to a man at the right of the photograph. Behind the woman is a man, Richard Koopman, and other men and women are seen talking in the background.

Many of the women are wearing hats and the men are all in suits. The label on the envelope for the photograph was labeled, "Photo of Atkins Office Group"

In one view (.277) the businessmen and business women are facing the camera and in the other (.278) they are looking down examining the large paper that is laid out on the table. In the background on the wall is a large portrait of a man, Moses Fox. Standing from left to right are: Beatrice Fox Auerbach, president; Harold Samuel, women's clothing; Marshall Kashman, main floor accessories; Maurice (Moe) Berins, personnel; Sol Katzen, comptroller; Arthur Truitt, advertising and public relations; Richard Koopman, maintenance and engineering; Llewelyn Stearns, men's clothing; and Victor Dowling, home furnishings. Seated from left to right are Samuel (Sam) Einstein, general merchandise manager; Samuel Polman, basement; Bernard Schiro, children's; Amy Fagan, party fashion coordinator; and George Kyte, general superintendent.
