DescriptionThree circular milk-bottle caps from Auerfarm in Bloomfield, Connecticut; all are made from a circular piece of waxed paper crimped around the edges to form a seal on bottles and printed in the center with individual labels. (.49) is orange for whole milk; (.50) is yellow for heavy cream; and (51) is brown for chocolate milk.

NotesHistorical Note: Auer Farm was located in Bloomfield, Connecticut on over 220 acres which was in part donated to the 4-H in 1977 by the family of Beatrice Fox Auerbach, owner of G. Fox & Co, who created the farm as a premier dairy, poultry and apple farm in the mid 20th Century.
