DescriptionGroup of gift boxes from G. Fox & Co. department store in Hartford CT. The boxes vary in size, shape, and decoration. The base of all the boxes is covered in plain white paper. The interior of all the boxes are brown cardboard. Two of the boxes (2007.24.64 and 2007.24.65) are Christmas gift boxes, and have bright colored decorations on them, including, pine trees, holiday decorated houses, and 'Merry Christmas' placed all over them. One of the other boxes (2007.24.66) has a subtle pattern covering its exterior, while another one of the boxes, (2007.24.68) is covered with a light tan paper, which has grapevines, flowers, and birds decorating it.
