DescriptionSquare spotted patterned file box with blank pages inside. The box has a metal clasp that opens the top and reveals '3 ring binder' style paper inside. It appears that this folder was never used as none of the paper has been written on. The spine of the binder is covered in tan colored fake leather, and contains all the inscriptions and markings. On the top of the spine is piece of paper that is glued on, and fraying at the corners.
