The box lid (.e) has an image of Raggedy Ann riding behind Raggedy Andy on a toy horse. She holds onto Andy's waist with her left hand, and she extends her right arm over her head. They are flying over a hilly green landscape. In the right background, there is a white castle or factory; the roofs of the various parts of the building are red. The sky is yellow; there are four puffy clouds scattered across the sky. Large red letters in the sky read, "RAGGEDY ANN®".

The game board (.a) has pictures of all the game characters spaced in three rows of three; each figure is next to a sign with its name. The signs read, "PERCY/ THE/ POLICEMAN", "COOKIE/ BUSH", "ANDY", "MAGICAL/ HOBBY/ HORSE", "RAGGEDY/ ANN", "THE LITTLE PIG/ THAT EATS/ AND EATS", "HECTOR/ THE/ PUPPY DOG", "LITTLE/ WOODEN/ WILLIE" and "CLEETY/ THE/ CLOWN". Raggedy Ann is in the center of the game board, inside a large red heart.

The large box insert has a circle with the head of each character in different colored sections of the circle. It it on a red background. A flat metal spinner in the center of the circle has a pointed end that will select a character based on which portion of the circle is lands on when it stops spinning. The remainder of the box insert is printed with instructions for playing the game.

The set of 32 cards are pieces to a four identical images of Raggedy Ann. Each image uses six cards to make it complete. The remaining eight cards are printed in blue with the head of a bearded man wearing a fluffy cap with a ball on top. The man winks his left eye.
