DescriptionSteel lock and two nickel-plated (probably) brass keys enclosed in a clear plastic bag with a paper label on the top edge. The lock has a U-shaped hinged arm that inserts into the base of the lock to close. The underside of the lock has a keyhole.

The front of the body of the lock is stamped "CORBIN" in an oval, over "U.S.A." The top of the hinged portion of the lock is stamped, "HARDENED". On one side, each key is stamped, "CORBIN" in an oval in the center of the head, with "CABINET LOCK DIV./ NEW BRITAIN CONN., U.S.A." stamped around the edge of the key head. The other side of each key is stamped, "DAK14".

The clear plastic bag has a white paper label on the top edge, printed in orange and black ink. One side reads, "CORBIN" in the upper left corner. Four other segmented sections of that side of the label read, "RUGGED DURABLE/ RUST-RESISTANT", "Case Hardened/ Steel Shackle/ Aluminum Lustre Finish", "Factory Sealed and Guaranteed/ VAULT-LIKE SECURITY/ DISC MECHANISM", and "CORBIN CABINET LOCK/ NEW BRITAIN, CONNECTICUT 06050/ DIVISION OF EMHART CORPORATION/ MADE IN U.S.A."
