DescriptionTwo individual drawings on one page. The drawing on the left shows four men riding in an open automobile, possibly meant to be an electric vehicle, driving by a factory building with a tall square cupola with a clock. The drawing on the right shows a man standing on what appear to be rocks, and holding a rifle.

The drawings appeared in The Hartford Courant as illustrations accompanying full size advertisements on Sundays from December 29, 1946 to December 29, 1947. They were later published in a book: G. Fox & Co. A Century in Connecticut. Hartford, 1948. The drawing on the left appears on page 28, and the drawing on the right appears on page 27. The illustrations also appear on the cover of the book.
