DescriptionHouses and commercial buildings are draped with American flags and bunting. A horse-drawn parade float has a sign that reads "The Collins Company / Repair Forging / Department." Men wearing work clothes, including aprons, pose on the float. A brick building has signs that read "Tioga Lodge / No. 11 / K. of P." "Collins Council / No. 1 / O.U.A.M." and "Ice Cream." Men, a woman, and a boy pose on the steps and sidewalk. A dog, possibly a Dalmatian, lies nearby. A girl and another dog are deated on the porch of a house with louvered shutters. A barn or carriage house is at the left and a park bench is at the right. Some trees in one photograph appear to be elms.
