DescriptionBlue silk ribbon printed with silver lettering and decoration, with a line of silver metallic fringe stitched to the bottom. The silk is printed with a silver bar across the top. Below that is printed in silver, "REUNION/ [a silver line]/ 28th". This is over a silver box with spots of the plain blue silk showing through; the visible blue silk forms a design and the words, "19th/ PORT HUDSON/ CORPS". Below this is printed in silver, "Conn. Vols./ [silver squiggle]/ AUG. 28th". A line of silver metallic braid is stitched to the bottom of the ribbon; silver metallic fringe hangs from the braid. The back of the top of the ribbon is printed in silver, "CYRUS RAYMOND/ DANBU[RY,] CONN."
