DescriptionThe Connecticut State Capitol, a high Victorian Gothic government building with towers and a central dome, is viewed across grassy lawns and paved streets. American flags fly from flagpoles. Automobiles appear in some photographs. Some photographs include statues of Lafayette and Israel Putnam and traffic signs.
