DescriptionSoft, white kid leather open-tab infant boots. The boots lace up the center front with a cotton shoestring tipped in metal, through five pairs of punched eyelets. The lacing is backed by a tongue, which is stitched as an extension to the vamp. The quarters are outlined along the edges with a line of white silk herringbone embroidery stitches, now almost entirely worn away. The upper is lined with plain-woven white cotton. The sock lining is also cotton. The turned sole of light brown leather is straight.
