DescriptionAn elliptical shaped pin enameled in dark blue with an applied shield decorated with a blue tropical fish (an angel fish) with yellow fins. The shield is capped by a crown enameled in red with five silver stars on it. The pin back is secured by a C catch. Imprinted on the back, "R.[D or B].1902 / STERLING".
