DescriptionCylindrical lidded canister made of soldered tin-plated brass. The lid fits snuggly over the bottom portion. Both the canister (.b) and the lid (.a) are made of two pieces. A disc of tin-plated brass is soldered over a narrow strip of tin-plated brass that is wrapped around the edge. On canister (.b), the top edge of the side is indented slightly to allow the lid to be slid down over it.

Inside the canister, there is a disc of cardboard (.c) cut to almost the same diameter as the canister. Both sides of the cardboard had silver metallic paper glued to it, to make the paper look like the bottom of the interior of the canister. The paper could act as a false bottom.
