DescriptionBadge consisting of a button at the top, attached to a white fabric ribbon, with a nutmeg secured to the bottom. The metal button is covered with paper. Printed on the paper is an image of an old woman, wearing glasses and a black dress, looking to the right. The cream-colored fabric ribbon is printed in gold lettering, "GUEST/ BI-ENNIAL/ CONVENTION/ HIGH COURT/ OF CONN./ I.O.F./ HARTFORD/ MAY 20-21,/ 1932". A small gold ring attaches a nutmeg to the bottom of the ribbon; a small metal hook attached to the gold ring has been driven through the nutmeg to keep it in place. The paper insert on the back of the button portion of the badge is printed in black lettering, "THE WHITEHEAD & HOAG CO./ BUTTONS,/ BADGES,/ NOVELTIES/ AND SIGNS/ NEWARK, N.J."
