DescriptionRed leather shoes, with an ankle strap extending from the back of the quarters. The strap closes with a red enamelled shank button at the approximate center of the ankle (the button has been moved, to make the strap opening a bit larger). The toes are round, and there is no heel. The throatline is round, and is bound, along with the straps, with red twill-woven cotton tape. The quarters are lined with white leather; the vamp is lined with white twill-woven cotton. The sock linings are white leather. The soles are slightly shaped for the right and left feet.
