DescriptionBlack leather child's ankle-high training skates. The skates lace up the center front with a black plaited cotton shoelace through seven pairs of metal eyelets. The upper is seamed at center front and center back; the center front is designed so that the boot is open about an inch wide between the lacing; this area is backed by a matching leather tongue. The edges around the top of the boot and along the center front opening are bound with pale blue vinyl. The boot is lined with blue and white plaid twill-woven cotton fabric. The bottom of the inside of the boot is soft, spongy, black rubber (?). The boot is mounted on steel double blades.
