DescriptionEcru cotton canvas tennis shoes. Closed tab design, with four pairs of white metal eyelets, laced with an ecru cotton shoelace tipped in plastic. The heel stiffener is brown twill-woven cotton. The rest of the shoe is unlined. The throatline and laced edges are bound with matching fabric. The upper is glued to a rubber sole, with a 3/4-inch white border covering the juncture of upper and sole. The sole is textured tan rubber. The sock lining is plain-woven cotton, printed in yellow, white and blue (see "Marks").
