DescriptionChild's open-tab, ankle-high boot for the right foot. The boot laces through eight pairs of eyelets which are backed with metal grommets. This opening is backed by a matching leather tongue; the tongue is lined with cotton wadding. The toe is broadly rounded, and the welted sole has a spring heel. The topline and laced edges of the boot are lined with ecru leather; the rest of the upper is lined with white plain-woven cotton. There is no sock lining, but a piece of white leather in the heel area. The boot was probably originally white, but is now dirty and discolored to an overall mottled brown.
