DescriptionSpherical vacuum bottle (.a) with a flattened, curved handle that runs from the middle back of the bottle to the top front. The front of the handle adjoins a shallow circular opening with a curved lip at the front. The stopper (.b) fits inside this opening. The stopper has a round head and a narrower cylindrical portion that fits inside the opening in the bottle. The vacuum bottle has a shallow foot at the bottom.
The bottom half of the vacuum bottle and the handle, including the lip on the opening of the bottle, are chromium-plated steel. The top half of the vacuum bottle and the rounded head of the stopper are painted with robin's egg blue enamel. The bottle has a glass liner.
